Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Calabrian chili paste
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, chili paste, salt and pepper. Combine well. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously. Once the olive oil is fully incorporated the dressing should be smooth and fully emulsified. Serve on little gems with shredded parmesan cheese and sourdough croutons.
